Our market-data providers (such as Polygon and moomoo) receive ticker and market queries to return prices and options data — not your personal information. We do not sell your personal information.
We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We keep your information while your account is active. When you close your account or ask us to delete your information, we delete or anonymize it, except where we must keep certain records (such as transaction and billing records) to meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing us at the address below. Consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), we will respond to verified requests within a reasonable time.
Information is transmitted over encrypted connections. As noted above, your brokerage credentials are never stored by us — SnapTrade handles broker authentication directly. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.
Vertex Axle is not directed to anyone under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, and options trading requires you to be of legal age. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
